One of the most effective and accessible ways to keep us powered up and our minds relaxed, is a fulfilling exercise session. So, finding the best home workouts to fit around WFH has replaced gyming and other forms of social exercising.

The beauty of online workouts is that they can be accessed anytime and anywhere with enough space for a yoga mat and a good Wi-Fi connection. Playing on this idea is The Tribe India, a fitness destination led by a trio of experts Karan Sawhney, Robin Behl and Anushka Nandani, each a seasoned fitness instructor with unique skill-sets.

With three sessions held each day over the popular video conferencing app – Zoom, Tribe India promises movement, energy and fun. Here, the goal is to have a wholesome fitness regime where you believe in the power of physical activity, visualisation and practise gratitude for you to be stronger and healthier.

The Tribe offers an extraordinary set of workouts – Muay Thai & Mixed Martial Arts, Movement, Functional & Free Weight Training, HIIT, Strength & Conditioning, Speed & Agility, Dance Cardio & Tabata alongside ideas of manifestation, where you focus on a life of abundance. So the key here is to opt for a trial session, and find a workout (or many) that brings a little joy into your everyday life.
