Ssaffron, the award winning Indian restaurant at Shangri-La Hotel, Bengaluru is bringing together ‘Flavours of Royalty’, a special biryani menu from across the country. Guests can now embark upon a gastronomic journey and feast on flavourful biryanis made from aromatic spices and traditional recipes.
Beginning from 19th March, the biryani feast will offer a variety of delicious biryanis to select from. Ambur Mutton Biryani, Bhavnagri Chiili Bharvan Biryani, Mughlai Murgh Biryani, Hyderabadi Ghosht Biryani, Thalassery Mutton Biryani, Dindigul Thalappakatti Chicken Biryani and many more are a part of the especially curated menu by Chef Gagandeep Sawhney.
Guests are welcome to experience the royalty in the form of exquisite biryani from a meticulously crafted a-la carte menu from 19th to 28th March at Shangri-La Hotel, Bengaluru
