After teasing a while with a tentative movie title ‘D40’ with Dhanush in the leading role with his favourite Director Karthik Subbaraj, the filmmakers finally dropped the motion poster of the movie along with the announcement of the name.
Titled as ‘Jagame Thandhiram’, the movie will also have ‘Game of Thrones’ famed actor James Cosmo, Aiswarya Lekshmi, Kalaiyarasan, Joju George with others. The Tamil drama is based on a gangster’s life and in the small teaser, the glimpses of the main characters are given to the audience with Dhanush entering the scene in an all-white attire and an AK-47 hanging on his back with two pistols in hand.
The teaser also creates a scene which looks like an exact replica of ‘The Last Supper’ painting of Leonardo da Vinci. With a groovy background score, the orange-tinted motion picture is winning the heart of the audience and is set to hit the theatre on 1 May 2020.
