Celebrities React On Scrapping Of #Article 370

Article 370 of the Indian Constitution gives special status to the state of Jammu and Kashmir. Today, Home Minister, Amit Shah gave an announcement on the revocation of Article 370 by the Indian Government. Many Bollywood celebrities like Vivek Oberoi, Zaira Wasim, Anupam Kher, Raveena Tandon, Dia Mirza, Kangana Ranaut, Director Onir, Sanjay Suri and others gave their reactions on twitter.

Not just Bollywood but sport celebrities too shared their opinions about the emerging story by their tweets. Famous writer Chetan Bhagat applauded Narendra Modi for his bold decision saying, “The boldest decision of the Modi govt so far. Even more than DeMo, GST. Pre planning safety measures deserves special mention. As does keeping instigators of violence in house arrest. Well done. #Article370Scrapped”.
