Apple is all set to host its first virtual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC), starting 22 June and also announced about the Swift Student Challenge, ending on 17 May.

Free for all developers, WWDC20 is an annual event that will be livestreaming in the Apple Developer app and on the Apple Developer website. Apple is encouraging developers to download the Apple Developer app, a one-stop solution for all the additional information about the global company.

Bringing together the global developer community, WWDC20 is an opportunity for millions to learn about the new tools Apple is working on like the future of iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, and watchOS. Also, they will get to learn from Apple engineers as they work to build app experiences that enrich the lives of customers.

Apart from that, Apple’s Swift Student Challenge will have student developers to showcase their coding skills. A chance for the next generation of innovative thinkers to turn their ideas into a reality, to celebrate and recognize the creative contributions of young developers from around the world.

Swift Playgrounds is a revolutionary app for iPad and Mac that makes learning the Swift programming language interactive and fun. So, students from around the world should create an interactive three minute scene in a Swift playground and send it by 17 May.
