Tamil Anthology, ‘Navrasa’ Stands For A Good Cause

Well-renowned directors, Mani Ratnam and Jayendra Panchapakesan are joining hands to produce a Tamil anthology based film, ‘Navarasa’, premiers on Netflix.

The nine part anthology will narrate stories across the nine ‘rasas’ (emotions) – anger, compassion, courage, disgust, fear, laughter, love, peace and wonder, all of them being cornerstones of Indian storytelling.

Each story will be helmed by an individual director and the screen will be blessed with an array of stunning performances by actors. The proceeds from ‘Navarasa’ will go towards the well-being of film workers in Tamil cinema impacted by the coronavirus pandemic.
