India To Host FIFA Under-17 Women’s World Cup

India is all set to host the FIFA Under-17 Women’s Football World Cup, kick starting from 2 November this year!

An event was held in New Delhi to unveil the five host cities for the tournament, including Ahmedabad, Bhubaneswar, Guwahati, Kolkata and Navi Mumbai. The cities will host 16 teams who will play 32 matches to lift the coveted title. The official slogan, ‘Kick off the Dream’, was also launched during the event.

India’s under 17 team will also be participating in the World Cup, for the first time. This is a proud moment for the nation and all possible support will be provided to ensure the success of the tournament.

FIFA Under-17 Women’s Football World Cup is an event that represents a major moment for all the football fans across India and globally. Now, India will next seek to host the U-20 World Cup and the prestigious Club World Cup.
