On the work front, Kriti Sanon is reuniting with ‘Luka Chuppi’ director Laxman Utekar and ‘Bareilly Ki Barfi’ co-star Pankaj Tripathi, for her upcoming movie ‘Mimi’.

The movie is based on the subject of surrogacy and how Indian women are often used as surrogate mothers to bear foreigner’s children. Kriti will portray the role of a surrogate mother, while exploring a beautiful relationship between a woman who never wanted to be a mother and another woman who can’t wait to be a mom. What’s unexpected about the story is the humorous vein that runs through it. Can’t wait to see what is in store!
