Woods’ Record-Breaking Victory

The iconic golfer Tiger Woods registered his 82 PGA Tour winner title on Monday settling all the questions regarding his injuries, performances and his future.

The history creator not only won the Zozo Championship in Chiba, Japan but also equalled his win to legendary golfer Sam Snead who received his 82 victory at the age of 52.

Over the past few years, Woods suffered many injuries and could not qualify for championships, earlier. Rolling out every possibility of him going out of the game, Woods in the bright sunny day at Accordia Golf Narashino Country Club defeated Hideki Matsuyama by three shots on his home soil and grabbed the attention of the entire world once again.

The 43-year-old after winning the inaugural PGA Tour in Japan showed his gratitude towards his family as well as fellow golfers. Taking to his social media handle he wrote, “It’s an honor to be tied with Sam Snead for most wins in @PGATOUR history. Thanks Mom and Pop and everyone who helped make this possible. Hideki put up an amazing fight on his home soil, but to do this in Japan is something I’ll never forget. It’s been an awesome year.”

Now all eyes are on the upcoming President Cup to be held in December where Woods will lead the US Team.
