2 banana, frozen

½ cup plain greek yogurt

1 cup milk

½ cup water

 

Directions

Add everything into a mixer and grind for a minute until it is creamy

 

– Pea-nutty dream

 

Ingredients

½ cup plain greek yogurt

1 cup milk

1½ scoop(s) chocolate protein powder

2 tbsp natural crunchy peanut butter

1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil

2 banana, frozen

½ cup water

 

Directions

Add everything into a mixer and grind for a minute until it is dreamy.

1½ scoop(s) vanilla whey protein powder

2 cup frozen blueberries

1 avocado

2 cup spinach

1 banana, frozen

1 cup milk
