West Indies off-spinner Rahkeem Cornwall became the first spinner in two years to pick a ten wicket haul in India. The bowler took seven wickets in the first innings and added three more to his kitty, against Afghanistan in the long format match that’s being played at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow.

This is his career best, ten wickets by giving only 86 runs. Now, Cornwall is also the first West Indian spinner to pick up ten wickets in a Test match in the subcontinent.

Coming to Shamarh Brooks, he smashed his maiden century in the Test to put his team on the brink of winning against Afghanistan.

The batsman scored 111 off 214 balls which included 15 fours and a sixer. Ultimately, Brooks had to depart after getting bowled by Hamza, putting an end to a batting sight that was worth watching!
