India’s tennis player, Sumit Nagal might have lost the quarterfinals of the Prague Open 2020 but the youngster did show his magic moves on the court and scare off his opponent as well as three-time Grand Slam winner, Stan Wawrinka by getting the first set of the game, 6-2, under his hood.

 

The 22 year-old lost to Swiss’s Wawrinka, who then won straight two sets, 6-0, 6-1, clocking the match that lasted for an hour and 19 minutes before advancing to the semis of the tournament.

 

Ranked 127 in ATP rankings, Sumit Nagal is a rising Indian tennis star who entered the quarterfinals of the Prague Open 2020 by defeating Kiri Lehecka. Last year, he played against tennis superstar, Roger Federer at the US Open. With this loss at Prague Open, the underdog will rise to 122 rank and is all set to head to New York!
