Shahid Kapoor Poses With His First Wax Statue At Madame Tussauds

After giving numerous Bollywood hits like Jab We Met, Ishq Vishq, Vivaah, Haider, Udta Punjab etc., Bollywood superstar Shahid Kapoor added another feather to his successful hat. The actor unveiled his first wax statue at Madame Tussauds in Singapore on Thursday. Shahid Kapoor with his wife, Mira Rajput flew to Singapore for the opening ceremony.

The actor also took it to his Instagram account to share the good news with his fans where he is seen posing with his wax figure in a black shirt paired with a black and white lined pantsuit. He captioned it as ‘#twinning’ and why not, after all, he justified it by wearing the matching stylish black shoes same like it is in the wax one.

As he unveils his first wax statue, Shahid said, ‘It’s a bit surreal and wonderful to be here and when you walk into this area and see so many people in real life and then you see their statues, which is lifelike, it feels a bit weird… My wife found it weird when she had a little bit of a sneak peek of my statue and I think she is getting over it.’ Here are more pictures from the unveiling ceremony:

On the work front, Shahid Kapoor will next be seen in an upcoming film Kabir Singh opposite Kiara Advani. The film is all set to hit the cinemas on June 21.
