Baby Archie, firstborn of Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, was christened, this Saturday. Duke and Duchess kept it a private affair. The Christening Ceremony took place in Queen Elizabeth’s private chapel of Windsor Castle, London, officiated by the Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby.

Archie Harrison Mountbatten Windsor is two months old, and seventh in line to the British throne.

The Royal Couple released two gorgeous portraits of the Christening Ceremony over their official social media handle. In keeping with the Royal tradition, Archie wore a lace and satin christening gown-a replica of one made for Queen Victoria’s eldest daughter, in 1841. He was sprinkled with water from the River Jordan, at an ornate silver baptismal, font that has been used in Royal Christening for more than 150 years.
