To watch the contents all you have to do is stream the video on Quibi and connect it to Airplay-enabled TVs. This is a huge step taken by the mobile streaming application as it opens the reach among its users.
Apart from integrating this new update, the company is also working hard to sign a deal with Chromecast.
The news about Quibi’s new feature broke out when Quibi’s Chief Product Officer, Tom Conrad, announced, “Sure we designed Quibi for on-the-go, but these days visiting the family room is like a day trip… so AirPlay support is live for iOS in Quibi 1.3. Working hard on Chromecast too which will be available in June.” on his social media page.
