With a countdown of 250 days for the Games to begin and to hype up the anticipation, the Olympics association has released 250 brand new Olympic GIFs which you can use to post or comment and search for the Olympics.

On the other hand, for extra care and safety due to the coronavirus pandemic, Tokyo Olympics’ preparations have escalated and need that extra attention too. To honour the efforts of former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, he’s received the Olympic Movement’s highest award, the Olympic Order in Gold.
Honoured by the President of the International Olympic Committee, Thomas Bach, this award is a token of appreciation for how Shinzo Abe helped win and get the Games to Tokyo in 2013. Later on, he also made a surprise appearance at the Closing Ceremony of the Rio Olympics 2016, dressed as Super Mario. Bug steps taken by a world leader for his country at the global level!
