Naomi Osaka’s “Mom”

The Japanese tennis star Naomi Osaka called tennis legend Serena Williams her “Mom”.

Yes, Netizen! That’s right.

Recently the 22-year-old star player participated in a fundraiser event in Australia titled ‘Rally for Relief’, along with other iconic tennis players. The Japanese star shared two pictures on her official social media where we can see Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Serena Williams, Novak Djokovic along with other players.

But this was not the post that created a huge buzz on the internet.

Before posting the iconic pictures of all the Tennis legends together, Naomi also shared an image of Serena Williams and her, sitting together in the tennis court which she captioned as “me and my mom lol.” and the internet could not handle it. The two of the rival players coming together with a funny caption garnered huge appreciation and love from across the globe.

But as usual, Osaka’s post also received some backlashes with netizens questioning her if she meant to call Serena old.
