The nationwide lockdown has taken a toll on people. Stress, boredom and sudden breakdown is becoming common these days, with many fake news and messages being circulated causing panic and havoc among people.

To combat this issue in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHW) of India shared a guide urging the people to take care of their mental health by indulging in your hobbies and creative activity.

The MoHFW also asked people to do selective and authentic reading about Coronavirus rather than entertaining rumours and myths and if someone needs any help, they can also reach out NIMHANS on the number given by the department.

The health care department also shared several pictures on ‘Do’s and Don’ts’ during the coronavirus time and encouraged everyone to stay home and be safe.
