Post the reports broke out, Barcelona’s Carles Puyol shared a tweet on his Twitter account where he backed Messi’s decision and in Spanish wrote, “Respeto y admiración, Leo. Todo mi apoyo, amigo”, leaving the fans and followers of Barcelona with teary eyes.
