Promising Kannada actor Chiranjeevi Sarja passed away at the age of 39 in Bengaluru due to cardiac arrest.
The actor was talking to his father on call in the afternoon when he started sweating and collapsed. An ambulance was called immediately but he was declared dead on arrival to the hospital. His last rites will be conducted near Tumkur.
Married to Meghana Raj in 2018, Chiranjeevi made his debut in the world of cinema in 2009 with ‘Vayuputra’. His last film, ‘Shivarjuna’ released a few days before the lockdown. He acted in about 22 films, including ‘Kempe Gowda’, ‘Gandedhe’, ‘Dandam Dashagunam’, ‘Khaki’ and ‘Aadyaa’.
