The latest exciting new addition to ‘Harry Potter At Home’, launches today with the eighth chapter of ‘Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone/Sorcerer’s Stone’ read by Alia Bhatt, with a cameo from Alec Baldwin with a special guest.

Some of the best-loved faces from global entertainment, music and sport have lent their voices to the story they love by recording videos of themselves reading the timeless first Harry Potter book, ‘Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone/Sorcerer’s Stone’. Chapters 1 to 8 are available on  www.harrypotterathome.com with additional videos posted weekly. An audio-only version is available for all for free on Spotify for children, parents and carers worldwide to have fun and enjoy listening to these very special, one-off recordings.  All seventeen chapters of the book will be released by the middle of the summer.

On her new endeavour, Alia Bhatt also commented, “It wasn’t until lockdown in India that Harry, Hogwarts and the wizarding world became regular fixtures in my life. Somehow, despite the fierce insistence of my sister, life always intervened and I never quite got around to befriending the books. But. Confined to my home – I journeyed to Hogwarts with Harry and was transported to a world of endless possibility. And, just like magic, that was when I was asked to be a part of Harry Potter at Home.
