We all know that India and Israel share a good political relations. Last month Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi was featured in the election campaign of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Now strengthening the bonds, the Israel Embassy in India shared a video on their official twitter handle where both the Prime Ministers are shown embracing each other, shaking hands and enjoying their time on the beach.
While wishing “Happy Friendship Day to India”, the embassy also wrote down the lyrics of the famous song of ‘Sholay’ movie that celebrates friendship, saying, “Happy #FriendshipDay2019 India! May our ever strengthening friendship & #growingpartnership touch greater heights.

PM Modi also took to his twitter handle sending greetings to Israel and its citizens in Hebrew, calling India-Israel relation to be strong and eternal, writing, “תודה לך

Pm Modi’s tweet received a quick reply from his Israeli counterpart Netanyahu and the ambassador of Israel in India, Ron Malka, thanking for the greetings and hoping to strengthen their bond more in the future.
