Cricket’s New Sensation

A native of Romania, Pavel Florin, has become an overnight internet sensation after his hilarious bowling action in the European T10 Cricket League. Not just his action but Pavel’s deliveries pose no danger to the opposition batsmen. His bowling video quickly went viral on various social media platforms.

Pavel is the President of Cluj Cricket Club, who played against Dreux Cricket Club. During this match he started over with a big wide and continued to bowl loose deliveries. Despite his loose bowling, the batsmen failed to take advantage of hitting boundaries or sixes.

The bowler isn’t taking the jokes or criticism too hard. Infact, his bowling actions do not fit in the norms of the international cricket.

After the match, he said, “Maybe someone says my bowling is not beautiful or not effective but I don’t care. Because I love cricket and when I bowl like this, I saw the bowl goes and take a wicket. It is not beautiful, everyone is saying. But I am a slow bowler, it is no problem,”

He's taken the cricketing world by surprise with his unique bowling action.
