Aishwarya and Aaradhya Tested COVID-19 Negative

Two weeks after getting diagnosed with coronavirus, Bollywood diva Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and her eight year-old daughter Aaradhya have tested COVID-19 negative and been discharged from Nanavati hospital in Mumbai.

The mother-daughter were tested positive a day after Abhishek Bachchan and Amitabh Bachchan were tested COVID-19 positive. Home quarantined for a while, Aishwarya and Aaradhya were shifted to the hospital showing few symptoms.

The news of Aishwarya and Aaradhya being tested negative was given out on Twitter by her husband Abhishek Bachchan who is still hospitalized along with Big B. Thanking everyone for their prayers, Abhishek stated that his wife and daughter will be at home while he and his father will be under medical care.

Aishwarya and Aaradhya have thankfully tested negative and have been discharged from the hospital. They will now be at home. My father and I remain in hospital under the care of the medical staff.

Later on, Amitabh Bachchan also shared a touching tweet where he wrote upon hearing this good news, he couldn’t hold back his tears. The megastar also thanked God for his granddaughter and daughter-in-law’s speedy recovery.
