Making it easy and quick to access songs, playlists and podcasts that users love, Spotify will now make the Home experience simpler for each and every listener, thanks to new updates with navigation and discovery.
Improving user experience through many ways for iOS and Android and whether you’re looking to replay some of your favorites, pick up where you left off or discover something new, there’s something for everyone on the Home hub!
Coming to the new features, now users can travel back in time and rediscover lost gems in your listening history with a new ‘Recently Played’ list. Here, users can browse up to 3 months’ worth of listening history from individual tracks and episodes to the playlists, albums and shows.
Next, premium Spotify users can view new and relevant podcast episodes from the Home hub. New podcast episodes will be marked with a blue dot while already watching ones will display a progress bar to indicate how far into the episode you are.
Finally to meet the needs of Spotify listeners, premium users will not miss a single track from their favourite artists, thanks to the new surface highlighted on top of the Home hub. This update is dedicated to discover oriented recommendations that are personalized, timely and reactive to your taste.
