Setting couple goals once again, the mom-to-be shared a throwback photo on Instagram where she spoke about the importance of yoga during pregnancy. Her husband, Virat held Anushka’s legs as she used the wall as a support to perform the Shirshasana (headstand).
Calling Shirshasana as the most difficult yoga pose, Anushka Sharma practiced it under proper guidance and especially with help from Virat. With yoga being a big part of her life, her doctor recommended her to continue doing yoga. Grateful for Eefa Shrof, the actor was virtually supervised by her teacher.
