There’s no wrong way to have a body!

Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop hosted ‘All Inclusive’, an event to promote body positivity at Pernia’s Pop-Up Studio, Chhattarpur, Delhi.

The idea was that everyone is beautiful and individuality must be embraced! With the hope of making a change and promoting fashion inclusivity, the event was a small step to spread love and positivity.

It’s 2019 and about time we learn that there is no wrong way to have a body! We believe that everybody is beautiful and individuality must be embraced!  Body-positivity is all about unleashing your inhibitions and breaking norms. ‘All-Inclusive’ is a small nudge by Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop to support the significance of the body-positive drive.

A special Panel Discussion for ‘All-Inclusive’ was lead by Leila Verraswammy along with Sakshi Sindhwani, Nidhi Mohan, Dolly Singh and Nitibha Kaul. The panellists tackled questions about Body Image issues, what one can do to foster a positive relationship with their body, and how one could embrace fashion and style as an extension to their identity. The tête-à-tête focused on perceptions of the ‘perfect’ body and encouraged people to be open-minded to the diversity and different body types, figures and looks.

As prominent personalities came together to join the panel for the discussion, coveted designer labels like Pani, Kai swimwear, Payal Singhal and many others showcased their special collection to add to the glam quotient of the event. Along with all the positivity around and amazing collections to shop from, the event also had treats for us to munch on. All in all, this was an event with high spirits and great energy!
