In a sad turn of events, Spider-Man will no longer be a part of Marvel Studios. As Marvel Studios’ President Kevin Feige has been pulled out of producing future Spider-Man movies due to disputes between Sony and Marvel’s parent company Disney, now the viewers will not see their favourite web-slinging Superhero. In a series of tweets, Sony Pictures on their official Twitter account announced the news of the separation of the two giant production companies.

With a hope of change of agreements in the near future, Sony praised the producer, Kevin for his help and guidance in the production of SpiderMan movies.

Spider-Man was one of the biggest additions to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) with Tom Holland making his debut in 2016 through ‘Captain America: Civil War’. Jeremy Renner who plays the role of Hawk-eye in the Avengers series also expressed his grief on the exit of Spidey from MCU. Writing, “Hey @sonypictures we want Spider-Man back to @therealstanlee and @marvel please, thank you #congrats #spidermanrocks #🏹 #please” the actor shared a post on his Instagram.

It is needless to say that fans are devastated by the sudden disappearance of their one of the favourite superheroes. Quoting the sacrifice of Ironman played by Robert Downey Jr. in ‘Avengers: Endgame’, one fan wrote, “tony stark didn’t die to let spider-man get removed for the MCU! We must save Spider-man! #SaveSpiderMan”.

As Marvel and Sony failed to break a deal leading to no Spidey in the MCU, disheartened fans reached out to Ryan Reynolds, who is known for playing Marvel’s popular character Deadpool, for help. Fans begged Reynolds to help keep Spider-Man in the MCU.

One of the fans wrote, “Can we get a Spiderman & Deadpool movie now @VancityReynolds @TomHolland1996” to which Ryan replied in a witty, humorous way.

Soon Reynolds’ tweet went viral, and netizens started asking him to show the way to his heart.

Though it was a very heartbreaking situation for all the Marvel fans, Rohan somehow made us laugh.
