Salute To Medical Professionals On National Doctors Day

On the birth and death anniversary of Dr Bidhan Chandra Roy, National Doctors Day is celebrated today!

A day to express gratitude towards doctors and physicians for their dedicated service round the clock by working beyond their shifts. Also, to thank the men and women in white coats for their unmatched compassion while putting themselves at risk of exposure to fight the novel coronavirus outbreak by staying away from families.

In India, this day is organized by the Indian Medical Association (IMA) who believe that every single effort of the healthline workers counts. This year’s theme on National Doctors Day is ‘Lessen the mortality of COVID 19’, includes awareness about asymptomatic hypoxia and early aggressive therapy.
