FC Bayern Munich has signed a new deal with their clubs forward player Thomas Muller where they have extended his contract until 2023.
The 30 year-old footballer has played 500 matches for Bayern Munich since rising through the youth ranks to reach the first team in 2008. Thomas has held the team to win eight league titles, five German Cups and the 2013 Champions League as well. Known as the figurehead for the club, he shows his skills on the pitch every single time he is in front of a huge crowd, home or away from home.
The new deal comes after Thomas Muller worked his way back into the squad under the new coach Hansi Flick who himself renewed his contract. Sharing this exciting news on Instagram, the forward uploaded a post where he was signing the contract and holding his jersey. Take a look at that wide smile of his face:
