The Madam Vice President took her first dose of vaccine on 29 December, 2020 and recently, went for the second shot of it at National Institute of Health. Sharing the photo of the same, Kamala Harris also wrote, “Today I received my second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine during a visit to @NIH. When it becomes available to you, don’t wait — get vaccinated. It’s safe, easy, and it saves lives.”

Meanwhile, Joe Biden has taken up the space inside the Oval Office a week back and has signed several executive orders to provide instant relief during the pandemic times. After the successful roll-out of vaccines, the Biden-Harris administration is also planning to buy 200 million more doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna vaccines. Moreover, the administration is also looking forward to increasing the number of vaccine doses distributed to US states from 8.6 million to 10 million a week.
