In a long note, Bieber revealed that he has been diagnosed with Lyme Disease and while people were speculating him to be on drugs, the singer was battling through a chronic infection that affected his overall health. This also led to the delay of his album release and tour.
Justin is also bringing his story of fighting and overcoming Lyme disease through a documentary on YouTube.
