The official trailer of the Hindi remake of Telugu movie ‘Bhaagamathie’ is here and Bhumi Pednekar looks fiery in her role.
Titled as ‘Durgamati The Myth’ the movie brings a crime horror story highlighting the political conspiracies that are going to bring the activist leader Ishwar Prasad down. Played by Arshad Warsi, Ishwar Prasad has a godly efficacy on his followers.
The three and half minute trailer opens up focusing on Durgamati Haveli and transitions to the current timeline where Mahie Gill, who’s playing the role of a cop, tries to erase the domination of Arshad Warsi by using Chanchal Chauhan, played by Bhumi Pednekar. But instead of interrogating her in the jail and catching the public eye, the Police take her to Durgamati Haveli. And then the spine-chilling tale of revenge begins.
The trailer looks promising and has a spooky and eerie vibe to it. The background resonates with the theme of the movie and the characters look brilliant.
‘Durgamati The Myth’ is scheduled to hit the home screen via Amazon Prime Video on 11 December, 2020.
