The 23 year-old wicketkeeper batsman will lead the team from front and is one of the youngest captains of this cricketing tournament. This development came as a surprise for many but the decision comes in the wake of Delhi Capitals regular capital, Shreyas Iyer being ruled out of IPL after he dislocated his left shoulder during the ODI series against England.
