After being under the spotlight for a few weeks and not showing presence on social media, Bollywood actor Rakul Preet Singh is back on it!
From cycling, working out in the gym to doing Surya Namaskars, the actor is known to be a fitness freak. And in the lockdown, she has incorporated yoga in her everyday life. Well, her Instagram post says the same too.
On the gram, Rakul Preet Singh posted a picture of herself while doing the Kapotasana (pigeon pose). For this asana, she stretched out her right leg in the back and her left leg in the front like almost doing a split and then bent down, touching her forehead on the floor.
Sharing the yoga picture, she wore a halter-neck sports bra with a pink quirky top that had a tie detail at the back and paired it with grey yoga pants. To keep her hair off the face, she tied it into a top knot. The post was captioned it as, “Move, stretch, strengthen and simply let go
