Anushka Shares Her Secret For Dental Hygiene

Even though the world is having a hard time and we all are stuck inside our homes, none of us can argue that this time has made us all experiment, either in the kitchen or with home remedies that are easy to be used for the benefit of our skin and health.

Taking it a notch higher, Anushka Sharma recently shared her secret for dental hygiene in a cute post on Instagram. The actor posted a series of some very cute images along with her dog, to which Virat Kohli also posted a heart emoji in her comments.

In her post, Anushka says, “My morning ritual of Oil pulling in the company of my sweet-smoosh-doggo Dude ! Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic practice known as “kavala” or “gundusha” , a dental technique that involves swishing little oil in your mouth on an empty stomach for few minutes and then spitting it out . This action is excellent for dental hygiene & health and also draws out toxins in the body. As we are all using this time to take better care of our health and improve our immunity I thought of sharing this Hopefully, it will be as beneficial to you too”.
