‘Adipurush’ Aarambh!
Om Raut’s directional venture and much-awaited magnum opus ‘Adipurush’ has gone on floors. On Instagram, the movie’s lead actor Prabhas shared the poster of the period drama with the news that he has started shooting for the 3D film with the other main star, Saif Ali Khan. An adaptation of Indian epic Ramayana, the tagline of the film reads, ‘Celebrating the victory of good over evil’.
A multilingual movie, ‘Adipurush’ will be shot in Hindi and Telugu but released in Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada as well. In this film, Prabhas is essaying a role inspired by Lord Rama while Saif will be seen as a villain, playing a role based on Ravana. With no more announcements about the rest of the movie’s cast, ‘Adipurush’ will hit your nearest screens on 11 August 2022.
