After building a strong following in Mumbai, Millo brings its signature high-energy, design-forward dining experience to Nagpur, marking a significant moment for the city’s evolving F&B landscape. Known for its seamless blend of global flavours, immersive ambience, and community-driven vibe, the brand’s arrival introduces a format that feels both fresh and long overdue for the market.
Positioned as more than just a place to dine, Millo Nagpur is conceived as a social space that reflects how people connect today. The setting blends ease with a strong visual identity, making it ideal for everything from quick lunches to unhurried conversations and lively evenings. With its thoughtful design, varied seating, and attention to detail, the space introduces a more contemporary, experience-driven approach to dining in the city.
At the core of Millo’s identity is a multi-cuisine menu that brings together Mexican, Italian, and Asian influences into one cohesive, vegetarian-forward offering. The philosophy is simple: familiar dishes elevated through flavour, presentation, and balance, built for sharing, experimentation, and repeat visits. From the Mexican kitchen, the Mexican Tacodillas and Grilled Taquitos set the tone for bold, approachable flavours. The Italian chapter is anchored by the Neo Burrata Pizza made with San Marzano tomatoes, alongside the indulgent Parmesan Churro served with three signature dips. On the Asian side, the Blue Pea Avocado Sushi and Korean Dumplings in gochujang sauce bring visual drama and depth to the table, while the Fusion Dal Makhani topped with burrata offers a playful bridge between the familiar and the unexpected. Desserts, including the Chocolate Pull Me Pot and the Lotus Biscoff Tea Cake, make a compelling case for staying on a little longer. Complementing the food is a beverage program equally full of personality, with zero-proof highlights like the Popsicle in my Glass and the Millo Mojito sitting alongside flavour-forward cocktails, all designed to match the social energy of the space.
Speaking on the expansion, Sujit Mehta, the founder shared, “Nagpur felt like a natural next step for Millo. It’s a city that is evolving quickly, with a growing audience that is curious, social, and open to new experiences. With Millo, we wanted to bring something that doesn’t just serve food, but creates a space people can return to, for different moods, different moments, and different reasons.”
Adding to this, Savan Bhatewara & Sharmila Shah, co-founders further noted, “While Mumbai shaped the Millo identity, Nagpur gives us the opportunity to build deeper community engagement. The idea is to stay consistent in what we stand for, while still adapting to how people in each city like to dine, gather, and spend their time.”
What sets Millo Nagpur apart extends beyond its menu or its design philosophy, it is the brand’s deliberate intent to redefine how the city engages with dining altogether. Positioned not as a special-occasion destination but as an elevated everyday space, Millo invites guests to drop in for a quick bite and stay for hours, effortlessly. Its launch marks a significant moment in Nagpur’s hospitality landscape, one that signals a broader cultural shift toward globally informed, design-led, experience-first dining.
