Start your Sunday on a high-energy note with Move with Puneet: Bollywood Burn, a 90-minute instructor-led dance fitness session at antiSOCIAL. Moving beyond the traditional gym or studio setting, this session brings the format into one of Mumbai’s most vibrant venues, transforming the club floor into a dynamic morning workout space.

Blending Bollywood, Punjabi and fusion beats, the session features follow-along choreography designed to be beginner-friendly while delivering an energising full-body workout. The focus is on movement, rhythm and community making it an engaging fitness experience whether you’re a regular dancer or just looking to try something new.

About the Instructor: With over 16 years of experience in the dance and fitness industry, Puneet Sharma is a Mumbai-based dance and movement instructor known for his dynamic Bollywood dance fitness sessions. He blends expressive choreography with functional training to create workouts that are energetic, accessible and results-driven.

Trained in Yoga and Animal Flow, and experienced in Latin dance and mobility training, Puneet brings a holistic approach to movement that focuses on strength, flexibility and coordination. Through his classes and workshops, he encourages people of all fitness levels to stay active, build confidence and experience the joy of movement through dance.
