1. Jasprit Bumrah
From yorkers, swing, variations and hit the deck bowling, Bumrah has taken the world by storm. One of India’s premium bowlers, he has proved it each time why he is one of the best bowlers in the world. Ranked fifth in the ICC bowling ranking, the pace bowler plays all the three formats of the game. Bumrah is the third highest wicket taker in test matches in a debut year and was named in the ‘Team of the Tournament’ by the ICC and ESPNCricinfo.
2. Shreyas Iyer
Making his debut in 2017 under Virat Kohli’s captaincy, it has been only upwards and onwards for this Mumbai boy. Turning 24, Shreyas already has a short film about his cricket journey, titled ‘Shreyas Iyer Documentary – A Father’s Dream’. With memorable games, we can’t wait to see him play against West Indies in the T20 home series!
3. Ravindra Jadeja
One of India’s best all-rounders, Jadeja is a left-handed batsman and left arm off spinner. Turning 31, he has come a long way in his cricket journey. Jadeja is the first Indian left-arm spinner to take 150 ODI wickets and is ranked second in the ICC all-rounder ranking. The cricketer gained the love and praise from fans and critics in the semi-final match against New Zealand during the 2019 ICC World Cup, it’s how he stood and put his best efforts to make India chase the target. A Superman on-field and a Fighter with the bat-bowl, he is a keeper for the team!
4. Karun Nair
Though Nair last played for India in 2017, yet he has etched his name in the books of cricket forever by scoring a triple century against England in Chennai. An innings that clean swept the game into the hands of the Indian team!
