Ingredients
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 150 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g flour
  • 80 g chopped walnuts
  • Vanilla ice cream for serving
Method
  1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together until smooth.
  2. Whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Fold the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
  4. Add flour and chopped walnuts and mix gently.
  5. Pour into a greased baking tray and bake at 180°C for 25–30 minutes.
  6. Cool slightly, cut into squares, and serve warm with vanilla ice cream.

2. Classic Tiramisu

  • 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 20 ladyfinger biscuits
  • Cocoa powder for dusting
Method
  1. Whip cream and sugar until soft peaks form.
  2. Fold in mascarpone cheese until smooth.
  3. Dip ladyfinger biscuits briefly in coffee.
  4. Arrange a layer of biscuits in a serving dish.
  5. Spread a layer of mascarpone mixture over the biscuits.
  6. Repeat layers and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Dust generously with cocoa powder before serving.

3. Mango Cheesecake (No-Bake)

  • 200 g digestive biscuits
  • 80 g melted butter

Method

  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and mango puree until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped cream.
  4. Pour the mixture over the prepared base.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or until set.
  6. Garnish with fresh mango cubes before serving.

4. Gulab Jamun Cheesecake

  • 8–10 gulab jamuns
  • 200 g biscuit crumbs
  • 80 g melted butter
  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 200 ml whipped cream

Method
  1. Prepare the biscuit base by mixing crumbs with butter and pressing into a mold.
  2. Beat cream cheese and cardamom powder until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped cream.
  4. Layer chopped gulab jamuns over the base.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture on top and smooth the surface.
  6. Chill overnight.
  7. Garnish with pistachios and rose petals before serving.

5. Caramel Bread Pudding

Ingredients
  • 8 bread slices
  • 500 ml milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Caramel syrup
Method
  1. Prepare caramel and coat the base of a baking dish.
  2. Arrange bread pieces evenly in the dish.
  3. Whisk milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla essence together.
  4. Pour the mixture over the bread and allow it to soak.
  5. Bake at 170°C for 35–40 minutes until set.
  6. Serve warm with extra caramel sauce.
