Ingredients
- 60 ml Gin
- 30 ml House Herb Distillate
- 60 ml Clarified Pineapple Juice
- 2 Drops Saline Solution
Method
Add 60 ml gin, 30 ml house herb distillate, 60 ml clarified pineapple juice, and 2 drops saline solution into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well until chilled and properly diluted. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish
Herb oil and edible flowers.
