Sports Authority of India (SAI) is conducting myriads of online sessions for the athletes to keep them in the game during the lockdown period as their preparations are on hold.
Many certified fitness trainers have been hosting virtual fitness workshops in support with Sports Authority to help the athletes with their fitness regime.
Apart from this, to give an in-depth understanding of various aspects of sports, virtual talk shows about the different concerning departments have also been started by Sports Authority where experts catering from different fields shed light on the laws and integrity related to sports.

Now, to help the para-athletes, Sports Authority will also be conducting a webinar, commencing from today till 13 May. The official social media page of SAI shared the details of it with the caption, “Our para athletes will be using this lockdown to enhance their knowledge of sport through online sessions conducted by experts.
