After losing the first match by getting all-out at 36, under Ajinkya Rahane’s captaincy, the Men in Blue rose like Phoenix and gave their best performance on the Aussie Land. Chasing a big total scored by Australia, every player contributed towards the Test match win and finally India has also claimed the Test series too.
32 years later at the Gabba, India has defeated Australia to win the Border-Gavaskar trophy. Showing solid character and not feeling pressure, even cricketing legends are in awe of the team and sent them good wishes through Twitter, take a look:
