Dropping new features, WhatsApp has got another fun one for you!
The messaging app has added a new Shopping button for business accounts, making it easier for customers to discover a business’s live catalog from the chat screen. This button will let users see which goods or services are being offered by the particular business, increasing sales and helps in discovering more products.
With the new WhatsApp feature, you can see the shopping button next to the business account’s profile, which looks like a storefront icon. Tap on the button and browse through the items. Available all across the world, the app has also replaced the voice call button on business accounts as well. Now, you can simply tap on the call button to select either a voice or video call for the business account. Shopping is one tap away!
