Less of a pivot and more of an organic evolution into the home and the heart, p é r o home brings the beauty of craft into the quiet corners of everyday life—where every object carries meaning, nostalgic familiarity and an unmistakable charm of imperfection.
Reimagined through a lens of whimsy and warmth, the collection draws from the distinctive DNA of p é r o and its deep roots in handloom, age-old techniques, embroidery and upcycling.
Textiles remain at the heart of everything at p é r o. Handwoven cottons, sheer Chanderi and Maheshwar, natural linens, bold Mashru stripes, Jamdani, brocades, ikat and gamcha checks form the foundation, elevated through delicate embroidery, intricate appliqué, playful patchwork and vintage lace trims. No two pieces feel quite the same—a quiet nod to the human hands behind each stitch.
The aesthetic is soft, nostalgic and occasionally surreal—checked fabrics meet floral appliqué, pastel tones are punctuated with bright threadwork, while vintage buttons and hand-drawn illustrations appear where least expected.
Everyday living transforms into a sensory tapestry of touch, memory and craft.
About p é r o
Launched in 2009, p é r o—which means “to wear” in Marwari, a dialect of Rajasthan—draws from age-old crafts from across the world to create its own unique voice and place.
Headquartered in New Delhi, India, p é r o creates garments for men, women and children (chota p é r o or little p é r o), along with home furnishings. The brand’s design vocabulary is lavishly simple yet staggeringly complex, quietly transcending boundaries between genders, ages, time and geographies.
Relatable and unexpected, handmade and filled with childhood nostalgia, p é r o is, above all, about love—the love for craft, especially textiles, remains a cornerstone of the brand. Today, p é r o retails in 35 countries through 350 stores.
