Sad news is not taking a halt these days.

And by each passing day we are losing more and more legends from the filmy world. On Wednesday evening, veteran actor and comedian Jagdeep took his last breath at the age of 81.

Famous for his role as Soorma Bhopali, Jagdeep started his career in the Indian Film Industry as a child artist and in over six decades, the man acted in more than 400 movies, adding life and joy to each one of them with his unique style and dialogue delivery.

As the news of his demise was confirmed, Indian Film Celebrities mourned over it by sharing their memories of the actor and sending condolences to his family.

Actor Anil Kapoor took to his Twitter handle sharing a poster of the movie ‘Ek Baar Kaho’ along with the heartfelt words, saying, “Jagdeep Saab was one of the greatest actors of India…I was his huge fan & was lucky enough to have worked with him in Ek Baar Kaho & many more films…he was always extremely supportive & encouraging…sending my heartfelt condolences & prayers to my friend Javed & family…”.

 

New gen actors Ayushmann Khurrana and Ranveer Singh also grieved over the heartbreaking news and shared the picture of the legendary actor along with heartwarming notes.
