For the cake, gather 1 1/2 cups almond flour, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup Himalayan Samavastra Honey, 3 large eggs, 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted), 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 cup sliced almonds for topping, and powdered sugar for dusting (optional).

Creating your Perfect Valentine’s Treat

Combine the dry ingredients – almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt – in one bowl, while in another bowl beat the eggs and mix in the melted butter, Himalayan honey, and vanilla extract.
