Building onto the Pixar legacy is this year’s highly anticipated Disney and Pixar film Inside Out 2, whose trailer has already garnered 21M views on YouTube. Immersing you back into the life of a newly minted teenager Riley, the latest video of Inside Out 2 gives a peek into the mind of Riley, where the headquarters of emotions are introduced with an unexpected new emotion, a frazzled but lovable orange ‘Anxiety’, and it’s not alone! As Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust, who’ve long been running a successful operation by all accounts, try to adjust to the new members, Riley’s life takes new turns, adding to the chaos amidst the emotions.
Joining for the sequel is Maya Hawke who lends her voice to Anxiety, alongside Amy Poehler as Joy, Phyllis Smith as Sadness, Lewis Black as Anger, Tony Hale as Fear, and Liza Lapira as Disgust. Directed by Kelsey Mann and produced by Mark Nielsen, Disney and Pixar’s Inside Out 2 releases exclusively in theaters on June 14, 2024.
