As the mercury climbs, Blah! delights patrons with an enticing new summer menu, promising a culinary journey that celebrates the essence of the season. From crisp salads to succulent skewers and innovative smoothie bowls, the latest offerings are set to captivate palates and keep guests refreshed throughout the warmer months.
Crafted in collaboration with India’s 1st female flair bartender, mixologist and performing artist, Ami Shroff, the summer menu features an exclusive cocktail selection designed to complement the culinary delights on offer. From classic favourites to inventive concoctions, each drink is meticulously crafted to enhance the dining experience.
“Summer is a celebration of flavors, and we wanted to capture that essence in every dish and drink,” says Rahul Desai, Chef at Blah. “Our aim with this menu is to transport our guests to a culinary oasis, where each bite and sip evokes the vibrant spirit of the season. It’s a culmination of passion, creativity, and a deep understanding of what our patrons crave during the summer.”
A glimpse into the menu by Chef Rahul Desai reveals enticing offerings such as the refreshing Poached Pear & Star Fruit Salad, featuring cranberry-poached pear and a tantalising pear gorgonzola dressing. For those seeking a culinary adventure, the Grilled Prawns & Sugarcane Skewers promise an Indonesian-inspired treat, complete with a sweet chilli sauce. Mango lovers are in for a treat with the Mango Specials, including the indulgent Hong Kong Style Mango Pancakes served with Tender Coconut Ice Cream, and the invigorating Mango Smoothie Bowl, a delightful blend of frozen mango, banana, and Magnum ice cream. Complementing the culinary delights are carefully crafted cocktails that elevate the dining experience. For those opting for non-alcoholic alternatives, Blah! presents a selection of Sobertails, including the invigorating Zest of Bombay mocktail and the refreshing Sober Summers.
